3 tbsp olive oil or Bitton Chilli Oil

1 brown onion, finely sliced

2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

384 g cooked rice

2 medium carrots, finely diced

2 courgette, halved lengthways and sliced

1 bunch coriander, roughly chopped

2 long green shallots, finely sliced

32 g soy sauce

125 ml sweet soy sauce of Bitton Asian Dressing

2 cm ginger, finely chopped

1 red birdseye chilli, finely chopped

150 g Choice of chicken, beef, omelette or a combination as you like

Serve out onto a large latter immediately, topped with spring onion and coriander (reserving a little for garnishing).

RECIPE STEPS

In the large metal bowl of your MAGIMIX COOK EXPERT, place Bitton Chilli Oil (or other oil), ginger, garlic, brown onion and chilli and set the STIR FRY programme to 160 degrees for 5 minutes. Run the programme.
  • 3 tbsp olive oil or Bitton Chilli Oil
  • 1 brown onion, finely sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 cm ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 red birdseye chilli, finely chopped
Stir-fry | 05:00 / Auto / 160°C

Add the carrots, zucchini, cooked rice, Bitton Asian Dressing (or sweet soy sauce), soy sauce, half the shallots and half the coriander to the MAGIMIX bowl and set the STIR FRY programme to 160 degrees for a further 6 minutes. Run the programme. After 3 minutes, add your cooked beef, chicken, omelette, prawns, whatever combination you like and then continue the programme.
