1 onion
0.5 tsp of ginger
1 tsp of cumin
2 tsp of coriander powder
1 tbsp of turmeric powder
1 tbsp of mild curry powder
0.5 tsp of salt
200 ml of crème fraîche

To thicken the velouté (soup), you can replace the potatoes with 200g of red lentils.
RECIPE STEPS

Place the cauliflower, potatoes and the onion in 1 liter of water and bring to a boil.

Add ginger, cumin, coriander, turmeric, curry powder and salt.
Cook for 30 minutes over low heat.

Place the mixture with its broth in the glass jug, add the single cream then launch the programme.
