100 g of red lentils

150 g of carrots

1 onion

1 vegetable stock cube

750 ml of water

5 g of chili powder

1 tbsp of curry powder

0.5 tsp of salt

0.5 tsp of pepper

100 ml of coconut milk

1 tsp of olive oil

RECIPE STEPS

Cook the lentils by placing them into a pan of cold unsalted water. Cook carrots separately. Rinse then drain.

Sauté the onion in a large saucepan with olive oil.

Add the lentils, carrots, spices and broth and cook for 20 minutes.

Place your mixture with the coconut milk in the glass jug then run the programme.
