Heat oven to 220 °C. Drizzle a bit of oil evenly into a 6 holes Yorkshire pudding non-stick tin nor a 12 holes muffin tin and place in the oven.

Fit the whisk attachment to the metal bowl and add the eggs, flour, salt and half of the milk (55ml). Run the program.

Pour the remaining milk in through the hole of the lid whilst the machine is running. Continue whisking until you have a smooth batter.

Carefully and evenly pour the batter into the holes and bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until crispy and well risen.
