200 g of carrots
120 g of potatoes
0.5 onion
1 tbsp of olive oil
2 tbsp of crème fraîche
40 g of coriander
1 tsp of ground ginger
0.5 tsp of salt
0.5 tsp of pepper

Peel and cut the vegetables. Cook in a saucepan with 1 litre of water.
Reserve half of the broth for the soup.
- 200 g of carrots
- 120 g of potatoes

Sauté the onion for 5 minutes in olive oil.

Place the vegetables and half the broth in the glass jug. Add the onion, fresh cream, coriander and ginger then mix using the programme.
Reheat before serving.
