0.5 garlic clove

1 shallot

3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

500 g veal cutlets (5 mm)

1 tbsp of plain flour

0.5 yellow lemon

2 tbsp chopped parsley

1 pinch salt

1 pinch pepper

Chef's tip

For veal strips with white wine, replace the lemon with the same quantity of dry white wine. For Pizzaiola veal strips, replace the lemon and water with an already made tomato sauce, capers and oregano.

Peel the garlic and shallot, chop them and add them to the metal bowl. Run the program.

Meanwhile cut the cutlets in 2 cm strips and roll them in flour.

Add the meat removing the excess of flour and brown it using the program.
