210 g red lentils

1 tsp cumin

20 g butter

850 ml water

2 chicken stock cubes

200 ml coconut milk

1 pinch salt

1 pinch pepper

RECIPE STEPS

Rinse the lentils thoroughly.
  • 210 g red lentils

Melt the butter in a large pan and gently cook the lentils and cumin seeds for 3 minutes.
  • 210 g red lentils
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 20 g butter

Add the water and chicken stock cubes, then bring to the boil. Cover and simmer over a medium heat for 15 minutes.

Add the coconut milk and season with salt and pepper.
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Pour the contents into the Blender and run the programme: Soups.
