200 g almond flour

240 g Greek yoghurt

4 large eggs

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 pinch salt

50 g butter for cooking

RECIPE STEPS

Add all the ingredients (except the butter) to the blender and run SMOOTHIE.
  • 200 g almond flour
  • 240 g Greek yoghurt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Once the batter is completely smooth, heat up 1 tsp of butter in a large pan. Spoon the mixture into a pan and cook for 3 minutes on each side. Keep repeating until you’ve used all the batter.
  • 50 g butter for cooking

Stack the pancakes and enjoy immediately.
