Use the scales to weigh all the ingredients directly into the metal bowl.

Fit the metal bowl on to the base and select BAKING function, press OK and find BREAD/BRIOCHE then press AUTO. This is a 2 minute automatic programme.

The COOK EXPERT combines the ingredients at speed 5 for 1 minute and then will pause, giving you opportunity to add any ingredients to the dough, through the cap. When ready, press AUTO to continue the programme, kneading at speed 9 for the final 1 minute.

To prove the dough, select EXPERT 30mins / 0 / 30c.
