3 red peppers

3 yellow peppers

1 onion

6 tbsp of olive oil

1 stalk of thyme

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

RECIPE STEPS

Wash and cut the peppers in half. Deseed them and then roast them in the oven at 200 °C until the skin blackens, for about 20 minutes. Then, once cooled, remove the skin and keep only the flesh.

Peel and thinly slice the onion. Sauté it in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil until it becomes translucent.

Add the flesh of the peppers and then let it cook on low heat for about 15 minutes.

Blend everything with 2 tbsp. of olive oil, salt, pepper and stripped thyme by running the program. Store your bell pepper cream in an airtight container in the fridge until use!
