1 brown onion

450 g of button mushroom

5 g of butter

1 garlic clove

1 tbsp of red wine vinegar

2 tbsp of fresh thyme

2 tbsp of parsley

60 ml of olive oil

125 g of cream cheese

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

RECIPE STEPS

In a skillet, cook the onions and mushrooms in the butter.

Place all ingredients into the bowl and process until desired texture.
