5 leaves mint
1 chicken stock cube
200 ml single cream
2 tsp sea salt

Cook the peas in the 1L of chicken stock for about 10 minutes.
- 500 g of petits pois
- 1 chicken stock cube

Set aside ¾ of the broth.
Add the peas and the rest of the broth into the Blender.
Add the mint leaves, the cream, salt and pepper.
- 5 leaves mint
- 200 ml single cream
- 2 tsp sea salt

Run the programme:
Soups.

If necessary, use the spatula to help mix.
Gradually add a little broth to obtain the desired consistency.

Refrigerate the soup for 2 hours.
