250 g peeled carrots

0.5 onion

2 garlic clove

30 ml olive oil

7 g fresh ginger

480 ml chicken stock

2 leaves fresh coriander

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

RECIPE STEPS

Cook the carrots and the onion in the chicken stock.
  • 250 g peeled carrots
  • 0.5 onion
  • 2 garlic clove
  • 480 ml chicken stock

Pour the whole mixture, including the stock, into the Blender bowl.

Add the ginger and the olive oil.
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 7 g fresh ginger

Season with salt and pepper then run the programme: Soups.
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Serve piping hot in small bowls and sprinkle over the coriander.
  • 2 leaves fresh coriander
