250 g plain porridge oats
180 g tinned sardines in oil

Pulse the oats in the main bowl to make a coarse flour keeping a little aside for rolling out.
- 250 g plain porridge oats

Place the sardines into the main bowl, draining most of the oil to ensure the mixture doesn’t get too wet. Add the egg to the main bowl.
- 180 g tinned sardines in oil

Mix together on auto until a soft dough is formed.

Place some oats onto a wooden board, and roll the mixture onto this.

Shape out the biscuits using biscuit cutters and place onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Cook at 160 degrees for 20 minutes and leave biscuits to dry out until cool. This will ensure crisp dry biscuits which will stay fresh for longer.
