250 g of dark chocolate
100 g butter
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
2 egg yolks
3 tbsp sugar
45 ml of french brandy, Cognac

RECIPE STEPS

Melt the chocolate with the butter.
When everything is melted, pour into the large food processing bowl.
- 100 g butter
- 250 g of dark chocolate

Add the eggs, sugar, milk, cognac and mix using the metal blade.
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 45 ml of french brandy, Cognac

Leave to rest in a bowl covered with cling film, until the dough hardens.

Make small balls from the dough and roll them in the cocoa powder.
