Beetroot Hummus

3 medium roasted beetroots, roughly chopped
1 box chickpeas, rinsed
65 g tahini
65 g horseradish
15 ml vegetable oil
2 cloves
4 tbsp lemon juice
0.5 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt to taste
1 sprig Parsley, optional
RECIPE STEPS

Place beetroot, chickpeas, tahini, horseradish, oil, garlic, lemon, cumin & salt in Mini Bowl of the Food Processor.
- 3 medium roasted beetroots, roughly chopped
- 1 box chickpeas, rinsed
- 65 g tahini
- 65 g horseradish
- 15 ml vegetable oil
- 2 cloves
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 0.5 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt to taste

Press AUTO and run until you get a smooth & creamy consistency. Add a little water or beetroot juice if too thick.

Adjust seasoning to taste if required

Serve garnished with parsley.
