1.5 tbsp light soy sauce

1 tbsp Mirin

2 tbsp oyster sauce

0.5 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp corn flour

2 tsp white pepper

180 ml water

2 tbsp olive oil

500 g of prawns

1.5 onion

24 g ginger

2 tbsp garlic

1 bunch broccolini, cut into 5cm lengths

150 g of petits pois

1 tsp coriander

RECIPE STEPS

Place all stir fry sauce ingredients in small bowl, except water. Mix until cornflour is dissolved, then stir in water. Set aside
  • 1.5 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 2 tsp white pepper
  • 180 ml water

Place oil, onion, ginger & garlic in metal bowl. Set STIR FRY function. Cook for 1 min.
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1.5 onion
  • 24 g ginger
  • 2 tbsp garlic
Stir-fry | 01:00 / Auto / 160°C

Add broccolini, snow peas & stir fry sauce. STIR FRY for a further 3 min.
  • 1 bunch broccolini, cut into 5cm lengths
  • 150 g of petits pois
Stir-fry | 03:00 / Auto / 160°C

Add prawns, STIR FRY for remaining 3min.
  • 500 g of prawns
Stir-fry | 03:00 / Auto / 160°C

Serve on steamed rice
