2 tbsp maple flavoured syrup sweetened with monk fruit
122.5 g of Greek yoghurt
30 g baby spinach leaves
62.5 g fresh raspberries
1 frozen banana
1 carrot peeled and chopped

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
