Roughly chop the beetroot into pieces. Peel the orange half.

  • 0.5 orange

Slowly process the beetroot pieces, in small amounts at a time, using the Extra Press. Continue with the orange half. Add the cumin, turmeric, salt and pepper. Mix and serve chilled.
