1 clove of garlic

0.5 bunch basil

1 pinch salt

1 pinch pepper

1.5 tbsp olive oil

400 ml water

1 tbsp mascarpone

1 small onion

1 kg ripe tomatoes

1 tbsp of tomato purée

1 tsp sugar

1 scoop mozzarella

0.5 ciabatta

50 g pine nuts

0.5 garlic clove

For a quicker version, or when tomatoes are out of season, replace the fresh tomatoes with peeled, tinned tomatoes.

RECIPE STEPS

Peel and quarter the tomatoes and add to the metal bowl.
  • 1 kg ripe tomatoes

Wash and chop the basil. Halve the onion then add everything to the metal bowl.
  • 0.5 bunch basil

Add all the ingredients into the bowl and run the program.

  • 400 ml water
  • 1 tbsp of tomato purée

Add the mascarpone through the opening and run the program.

While the soup is cooking, cut the mozzarella into slices. Rub the bread with half a clove of garlic and add a slice of mozzarella on each slice of bread.
  • 1 scoop mozzarella
  • 0.5 ciabatta
  • 0.5 garlic clove

Toast the pine nuts in the pan and sprinkle over the soup. Serve with a slice of mozzarella bread.
  • 50 g pine nuts

There is an error in the recipe, at no stage does it say when to add the 400ml of water.

Response from the Magimix team: Hello, you add the water in step 3 where it says add all ingredients.
