150 g of hazelnuts

2 tbsp of powdered cocoa

2 tbsp of sesame oil

4 tbsp of sugar

1 tsp of salt

RECIPE STEPS

Place the hazelnuts in the mill attachment and launch the programme to reduce them to a powder.
  • 150 g of hazelnuts

Add the cocoa, sesame oil, sugar and salt then press PULSE 4 times.
  • 2 tbsp of powdered cocoa
  • 2 tbsp of sesame oil
  • 4 tbsp of sugar
  • 1 tsp of salt

Gently remove the preparation using a spatula and pour into a bowl.

Store for several days in an airtight container
