100 ml rum*
200 ml coconut milk
1/2 pineapple
10 ice cubes
1Peel the pineapple, discard the tough core and cut the flesh into pieces.
2Place the ice cubes, coconut milk, rum and pineapple in the blender jug. Turn the selector to the "smoothie" setting and process for 1 minute.
Chef’s tip

For a smoother taste, you can add more coconut milk.
Just as delicious without alcohol.
