Mango and Lime Frozen Yoghurt

570 g fresh mango
4 tbsp honey
115 g plain yoghurt
Juice of 2 limes
Zest of 2 limes
1Add all the ingredients to the blender jug.
2Blend using the SMOOTHIE setting for 30 seconds. If any lumps remain, blend for a further 30 seconds.
3Transfer the mixture to a bowl and chill in the fridge for 4 hours.
4Turn on the Gelato Expert by pressing the Freezer unit button. After approx. 5 minutes the bowl should be ready for use.
5 Press the Gelato programme and once the paddle begins to turn pour in the mixture.
6When the mixture had almost finished churning, add in the lime zest.
7Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container and place in the freezer for later use.

For a vegan recipe, swap the honey for agave nectar
