8 ice cubes
2 tbsp cane syrup
80 ml espresso coffee
1Brew two cups of espresso coffee and allow them to cool slightly.
2Place all the ingredients in the blender jug, turn the selector to the "smoothie" setting and blend for 30 seconds.
