for 9 yoghurts :
1 L de lait entierl whole milk
125 g yoghurt
5 tbsp brown sugar
8 tbsp dessicated coconut
1Combine the yoghurt, sugar and coconut in a large bowl and gradually add the milk, stirring thoroughly.
2Divide the mixture between the pots. Place them in a steamer basket without their lids but do not put any water in the water tank.
3Put the steamer lid on and cook for 12 hours at 40°C.
