1 handful raspberries
1/2 banana
125 g yoghurt
120 ml orange juice
1 tbsp honey
1 handful porridge oats
1Place all the ingredients in the blender jug, starting with the orange juice.
2Turn the selector to the "smoothie" setting and liquidise for 30 seconds.
